Who we work with
Late is on us.
2
working days for your highlight film
7
working days for everything else
A highlight film is worth most while everyone is still talking about the event, so that is when yours lands. If we miss either date, that piece comes off your invoice.
The clock starts on the last day of your event. The promise holds as long as the run sheet is signed off before the event and feedback reaches us within 2 working days. The 2-day date covers one highlight film of 60 to 90 seconds, and the 7-day date covers a single-day event. Multi-day jobs carry their own dates in the quote, with the same promise behind them. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
You run the event. We handle the rest.
01
Tell us about it
A name, an email and a date is enough to start.
02
A fixed quote in a day
Within one working day, with every line visible.
03
We plan it with you
Camera positions, audio and a run sheet against your programme, agreed before the day.
04
You host, we film
We arrive early, stay out of the way, and deliver on the 2/7 Promise.
